Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pkr8866 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after prior notification. Bonus Funds credited to a pkr8866 Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. All casino game outcomes on pkr8866 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and audited by third-party organisations. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are verified figures based on independent audits. pkr8866 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure that affects a game round, pkr8866 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. pkr8866 will not be liable for any claims arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
If a game or betting market displays an erroneous payout or odds figure due to a technical error or human mistake, pkr8866 reserves the right to correct the error and settle any affected bets at the correct odds or payout, even after the event has concluded. pkr8866 will notify affected players as promptly as practicable.
All bets placed on the pkr8866 sports betting platform are binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying their selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a bet. pkr8866 is not liable for errors made by the Player during the bet placement process.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL cricket matches, international cricket, and other sports. In-play odds are subject to suspension during specific moments of an event (e.g., ball in play in cricket) and at pkr8866's discretion. Bets placed during a system-confirmed suspension period may be voided.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a specified rescheduling window (generally 48 hours for cricket and 24 hours for other sports), all pre-match bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned. pkr8866 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type, as published in the platform's sports betting terms. A single bet or accumulator bet that would generate a payout exceeding the applicable maximum will be settled at the maximum limit, regardless of the actual odds achieved.
